rankinfraser landscape architecture llp was formed by Chris Rankin and Kenny Fraser in January 2008. The practice is based in Edinburgh, Scotland but has an international outlook. We believe in producing original site responsive proposals across a range of scales and contexts for clients who place value on quality design. We strongly believe in the primacy of Landscape Architecture and in its ability to produce life-enhancing site-specific environments that inherently add value to projects via the high quality, contextual, flexible and innovative design and construction we seek to achieve.
Our ambition and aspiration for all of our projects is to achieve the highest standards in design, sustainability, research and specification. We work across all sectors, often in partnership with leading architects and developers and deliver award winning, innovative and enriching public realm, landscape urbanism, residential masterplanning and design, education and health schemes.
We are currently an office of 10 people and are currently working on projects throughout the UK.
