Our Cambridge office is looking for enthusiastic and motivated landscape architects with minimum one year post qualification experience to build our team. We are offering full time positions for creative individuals looking to be involved on medium to large scale design and detailing projects. The scope is quite large; however, our primary aim is to find talented, enthusiastic designers to assist in the design and delivery of mixed use, residential-led projects from concept to detail.
The post will provide the successful applicant with an exciting opportunity to progress their career in a friendly, studio-based office environment as part of a team of landscape architects looking to broaden our 3D design capabilities.
The company has a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, health-care, public realm and infrastructure projects for major private and public sector clients. We work on all stages of the development process from concept design and landscape assessments, through to planning submissions, tender preparation, construction, after-care and scheme handover.
In 2020 we became an Employee Owned Trust. This puts decision making in the hands of the employees who share in the annual profits of the business.
You will gain a broad range of experience working with high profile, multi-disciplinary design teams. You will be given every opportunity to progress your career and manage projects with a supportive team, taking projects through the various stages of the design process and seeing your projects being built.
We are looking for pro-active, enthusiastic, technically minded, creative landscape designers looking to take on new challenges. Experience, or an interest, in BIM and 3D design will benefit your application. You will be joining a team of 3 other landscape architects in Cambridge with the goal of growing the team at all levels in the long term. We work closely with the Kingston Office over a shared server and there is also flexibility for home-working arrangements once the team is established.
We are looking for:
The successful applicant will be given a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package that includes a bonus scheme, company pension scheme and illness insurance cover. You will be encouraged to gain your Chartership with us or, if already Chartered, to support the junior members of staff on their P2C training. Your LI membership fees will be covered by the company.
Your application should be submitted in pdf format by 10th September 2021 and include your CV and a portfolio illustrating a range of work and graphic styles (max 10mb).
