HTA Design is a multi-disciplinary practice with over 200 staff. Our Landscape team was established in 2003 and now employs c. 40 Landscape Architects. The team works on complex projects developing beautiful, resilient and biodiverse schemes. Our work is UK focused and ranges from large scale regeneration and master planning to housing, city parks, and landscape restoration.
We are seeking a talented, highly collaborative Associate, Senior Chartered Landscape Architect with exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as design flair and the ability to form strong and collaborative relationships with our clients.
We are interested in hearing from anyone who is already working at Associate or other senior level. You will have recognised chartership in your field and extensive project delivery, studio, and site experience.
You will possess strong technical, drafting, and graphic skills, and have a proven ability to run medium to large scale complex projects whilst producing high quality results. You will lead a team and portfolio of projects, and will be expected to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary design teams both verbally and in writing.
Associates at HTA are considered to be members of our senior management team. An Associate normally takes on additional responsibilities over and above their general role. They are responsible for representing the business at a higher level than other staff and may attend meetings on behalf of the partners with the power to make decisions concerning projects. They are also people managers and responsible for resourcing within their teams. Associates play a vital role in the development of the practice and its people and are therefore subject to a 3-month notice period following their probation.
